Contestants will present their service innovations to a panel of distinguished judges, including representatives from:

Services Transformation and Innovation Group LLC, USA
This award, sponsored by the Service Research and Innovation Initiative (SRII) has a purpose to demonstrate service innovation with proven financial impact in industry, emphasizing Service Science, Management and Engineering (SSME) disciplines.
