Starwood Vacation Ownership Signs VOC Systems to Boost Guest and Owner Relationships 

Orlando, FL– Starwood Vacation Ownership (SVO) recently signed VOC Systems to provide services to all properties in the timeshare division.Now with multiple agreements in place, VOC Systems will report real time insights from guests about their vacation experiences as well as ownership update presentations. Additional properties will be operational by Q1, 2015. By making sure all guests have an easy, direct channel for sharing experiences, ideas and suggestions with top sales and property management, and acting on same, SVO executives will gain a sustainable competitive advantage in their vacation ownership market.
