Dr. Roland Rust wins Distinguished Marketing Educator Award
COLLEGE PARK, MD — Dr. Roland Rust, a member of VOC Systems’ Board, is the winner of the 2012 American Marketing Association/Irwin/McGraw-Hill Distinguished Marketing Educator Award. The VOC Systems team salutes Dr. Rust for his continuing excellence in improving the world’s service knowledge, service standards and in building an outstanding community embodied by the Center for Excellence in Service.
